Form your designated pick up point, your driver guide shall transfer you to Murchison falls national park. En-route, we shall visit the home to the only white rhinos in Uganda that is Zziwa rhino sanctuary for a thrilling 1-2 hours rhino trekking activity. The place is also blessed with several other mammal and bird species which you shall luckily spot as you trek for the rhinos. We shall continue with our drive to the park having lunch Enroute. We shall head to the top of Murchison falls, the world’s strongest waterfall and get an up close experience as the world’s longest river squeezes through a 7m wide gorge tumbling over 40 feet below! Wake up early, and embark on a Game drive taking you through the lush green savannah of Murchison Falls National park blessed with over 76 mammal species and 450 species of birds. A game drive as early as 7:00am will give you a chance to spot the big cats stretching from their hideouts, early morning grazers and of course the beautiful chirps and voices of different birds. We may have a bush breakfast and continue with our game drive, or have an early breakfast at the accommodation. Later in the afternoon, we shall head to our accomodations in time for lunch, refresh, have lunch and prepare for a wondrous boat cruise that takes you to the bottom of Murchison falls. Have ample time for photography, spotting large schools of hippopotamus, Nile crocodiles, and several aquatic bird species and also the captivating beauty of the Nile and Uganda the Pearl of Africa. The Jonam are a tribe of people from the Nilotic ethnic group of people and they are North West of Murchison falls National Park. Have a day dedicated to cultural immersion activities with these people through music, dance. Drama, food, homestead visits and also engaging in activities like food preparation, herding among others giving you a feeling of a home away from home. We shall have lunch that we have prepared locally with the Jonam people and there shall be packed lunch in case of any inconvenience. Have breakfast at the accommodation, and re-embark on a thrilling journey back to Kampala. You may pass by Aruu falls, and further appreciate what natural wonders that the Pearl is blessed with. We shall have lunch Enroute, at any famous spot and then proceed with our trip to Kampala, head to our hotels, refresh and relax from the long hours’ drive. Depending on time of arrival, we shall have a visit to the famous Ndere Cultural center for heartwarming performances from the Ndere troupe, and also showcasing different cultures of Uganda trough art, fashion, music and Drama. We may have dinner back at our accomodations or choose a suitable spot within town, and then have a feel of Kampala’s vibrant night life with the help and guidance of your driver guide. This prestigious destination is located in Naggalama Mukono and it was established mainly to showcase Buganda culture and also provide immersive cultural experiences for tourists and you shall have a chance to have a day to yourself engaging in activities such as Bark cloth making, Omubiisi making, fishing, craft making have a farm tour and a delicious ‘Luwombo lunch’ not forgetting feasting on fresh Organic fruits. You shall have a Ssenga and Kojja talk session, with the elders at Ewaffe cultural village, engage in Music and dance all done in the original way of the Buganda culture. Have a tour of Uganda’s capital Kampala taking you through her most significant land marks and monuments also a visit to the home of the Kabaka of Buganda. Head out of your accommodation with your driver guide to the Independence and world war monuments that are within walking distance from each other. From the monuments have breakfast in a perfect spot within the city chosen by your driver guide after which we shall, head to Gadhafi Mosque found on old Kampala hill and have a tour around East Africa’s Largest Masjid and then just within walking distance, we shall visit fort Lugard and also dive into the enriching history there From the Masjid, we shall head to Mengo a suburb in Kampala city where we shall find the palace to the ruling Kabaka of Buganda. Have a tour of the magnificent building built way back in 1885 after which we shall walk the royal mile to Bulange which is Buganda’s Administrative building, have a tour of the place and then transfer to Ndeeba for a visit to the largest Manmade lake in Uganda, that was dug on orders of the Late Kabaka Mwanga. We shall have lunch in a suitable spot, and then head to Acacia mall found in Kamwokya for some shopping and still more of Kampala. Have breakfast at the accommodation, check out and meet with your driver guide who shall then transfer you to the Airport for your flight back home
